My electric gate has stopped working. What should I do?
First, keep people and vehicles clear of the gate. Check that the power supply is on and that nothing is blocking the safety sensors. If it still will not work, contact us with a description of the problem, plus a photo or short video if possible, and we will advise the next step.
How often should an electric gate be serviced?
It depends on the gate, how much it is used and the manufacturer's guidance. Regular servicing helps keep the gate reliable and is a chance to check that safety devices are working correctly. We will recommend a sensible servicing interval for your gate.
Is it worth repairing an old gate?
